Hi! 👋 We are looking for a new colleague to join our international HR team. You will take over the HR agenda for Hungary and Romania, making sure everything runs smoothly and accurately. If you enjoy keeping things organized, understand Hungarian labor law, and want to help us keep HR “human” and understandable, you are the one we’re looking for!

What awaits you?
- In this role, you’ll take ownership of the HR administrative lifecycle and ensure that our operations across countries run reliably:
- You’ll manage the HR agenda for Hungary and Romania – from onboarding new colleagues to their eventual exit.
- You’ll prepare and manage documentation – you’ll handle contracts and legal paperwork to ensure everything fits procedurally and legally.
- You’ll partner with external payroll – you’ll prepare, verify, and submit payroll documentation, ensuring everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
- You’ll provide daily support – you’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers regarding labor law questions and internal HR processes.
- You’ll keep data in order – you’ll work with our HR systems and ensure that all information is accurate and error-free.
- You’ll simplify things – we don’t just follow rules; if you see a way to do things more effectively or simply, we want to hear your ideas. 💡
How we imagine you
- We are looking for a thorough professional who enjoys communication and has a solid HR background:
- You have proven experience in HR Operations or a similar role handling employee administration and payroll documentation (ideally 2+ years).
- You know Hungarian employment law and can apply it to daily HR practice. 🇭🇺
- You have a thorough and systematic approach – accuracy in data and documents is a priority for us.
- You understand the complete employee lifecycle and know what’s needed from onboarding to termination.
- You speak and write English fluently – we are an international team, and you’ll be in daily contact with colleagues across different countries. 🌍
- You are a “people person” – you can communicate sensitively and explain the “what and why” behind HR processes, not just process tasks.
- You are proactive – you don’t just wait for assignments, but when you see room for improvement, you point it out and suggest solutions.
