Are you a data-driven search marketing expert who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments? Martin Zítek is on the lookout for a PPC Leader to take our high-performing performance marketing team to the next level.

This isn’t your usual “click-and-hope” gig. We’re talking about leading a cross-border team managing a €15–20M yearly spend (95% on Google) with the freedom to scale & innovate on top of 2–5 million product environments.

🎯 Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a cross-border team of SEM specialists (currently 4) to deliver strong performance and growth.
  • Own and execute the SEM strategy, focused mainly on Google Ads (95% of spend) across multiple countries and marketplaces.
  • Optimize campaigns using automation and data-driven decisions—no manual work here.
  • Work with data platforms like GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio to analyze performance and create custom optimization models.
  • Collaborate across teams—from SEO to developers—to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Oversee the Heureka CSS program, maintaining strong partnerships with Google and other key players.
  • Identify growth opportunities in already well-optimized systems – we’re looking for someone curious and bold enough to push beyond the obvious.

You’ll be at the center of performance strategy, with the autonomy and support to test, innovate, and scale what works.

✅ What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in search engine marketing (preferably in e-commerce or performance agencies).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery or other scalable data platforms.
  • Experience with automation and large-scale product portfolios is a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership skills – you know how to guide, support, and motivate a team across borders toward shared goals.
  • Strategic mind, data literacy, and hunger for continuous improvement.
  • You’ll be leading an international team, so fluency in English is a must.
