We are looking for a new colleague to join our Ad Tech & CRM team! If you’re passionate about digital advertising, love numbers and want to have a real impact on how Heureka generates revenue, you might be the one. You will be focusing on the Hungarian market, but you’ll work closely with our Prague-based team and your manager, Petr.
As our Yield Manager, your mission is to optimize advertising inventory revenue. You’ll be the bridge between data and sales, ensuring our ad spaces are used effectively while balancing advertiser goals and user experience.

What will you be doing?
- Inventory Management & Optimization: You’ll manage both direct display campaigns and programmatic deals (handling approximately 1 million impressions monthly).
- Sales Forecasting: You’ll act as a key partner for our sales teams, creating forecasts and helping them understand inventory availability.
- Pricing Strategy: In collaboration with the Ad Tech and local sales teams, you’ll develop and implement pricing strategies across various client discount levels.
- Product Ambassador: You won’t just manage what we have; you’ll propose new advertising formats and demonstrate their effectiveness, even hosting webinars for potential customers.
- Data-Driven Insights: You’ll analyze and report on KPIs like eCPM, fill rate, and revenue per user to drive innovation.
What do we expect from you?
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (a background as a Campaign or Marketing Specialist is a big plus).
- A strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and display advertising.
- Data-driven mindset: You are comfortable with numerical analysis and using insights to make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: You can translate complex data into clear advice for our sales teams.
- Fluency in English (B2 level) for daily communication within our international group.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Manager is a great advantage.
