Step 2
Something like a quick "unboxing." No tedious processes; we're done in 15 minutes. We'll discuss your experience and expectations and decide on the next steps.
Step 3
Let's get down to business. Online or in person, you'll meet your boss. You'll discuss what awaits you and find out if we're the best "deal" for you.
Step 4
We'll give you a case study to work on, where you'll show your skills, and there will be a vibe check with your (maybe) future colleagues.
Step 5
Did you choose us? We chose you too! Now, look forward to an onboarding full of benefits, bonuses, and great colleagues. And if you're going for a managerial role, a coffee with CEO David awaits you.

The BI (Business Intelligence) department at Heureka Group acts as a “special lens” through which the company’s fully digital operations can be understood. Heureka has no physical presence; it exists only in numbers and data, and the BI team transforms information from revenue, platforms, content catalogs, and sales into a format that enables informed decision-making. The goal is not just to provide numbers but to show the direction the company should take. The department also uses AI for effective data analysis and interpretation to ensure Heureka can be smart and agile in the rapidly changing digital market.
Andy Werner brings commercial thinking and experience from his roles as a management consultant, pricing analyst, and founder of the data consulting company Bytegarden to the world of data. His approach is focused on using BI to provide answers and support decision-making, not just on generating raw reports. At Heureka, he leads efforts to make data accessible and meaningfully utilized, building on past successes such as enabling 300 people to use self-service BI tools. Outside of work, Andy is a father of two daughters, frequents the Železná Koule gym in Prague, and occasionally plays golf, bringing humor and practicality to his leadership.
