From millions of products, we create a clear format where the user sees one product and a list of stores where to buy it. Part of the process is handled by AI, and part by human diligence. Colleagues from the Content and Inspirational Content Teams constantly improve the catalog, write buying guides, and handle translations.
The Customer Success team helps when something goes wrong, and the call center supports users, especially with orders placed using the orange “Buy via Heureka” button. Every day, we connect data, technology, and people to ensure Heureka runs smoothly.
