We believe in the power of empowered teams—those that have a clear direction, sufficient competence, and trust to independently decide what and how to build.
Product at Heureka is created by Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers. They work together in stable product teams that combine a product owner, a development team, and, as needed, a dedicated designer. Researchers then support multiple teams across the company to ensure every idea is based on real data and user needs
Teams are grouped into so-called Gangs—broader cross-functional units that, in addition to product, also connect marketing, BI, sales, and other important roles. Each Gang has its own goals that the teams work on together. We plan quarterly, operate using OKRs, and give teams the space to determine their own direction and path.
