We’re a bunch of professionals who take our goals seriously, but we definitely don’t leave our sense of humor at the door. You’ll be the vital link that keeps our Budapest office and Prague colleagues perfectly in sync. What awaits you here?
- You’ll be the right hand of our 4 sales colleagues in Hungary – taking over the administrative burden so they can focus fully on business.
- You’ll take charge of our CRM (Salesforce), managing daily operations and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- You’ll handle financial administration – from invoicing and credit notes to resolving payment issues with clients and coordinating with our finance department.
- You’ll help standardize processes – finding ways to align Hungarian market specifics with our shared workflows to boost team efficiency.
- You’ll support campaign planning and media planning for the Hungarian market, including preparing reports and materials.
- There’s room to grow – if you’re interested in data analytics, project management or sales skills, you can gradually get involved in deeper analysis and more strategic projects.
What do we expect from you?
- Extreme attention to detail and precision – accuracy in numbers and invoicing is your top priority.
- A proactive and self-directed approach – your manager is based in Prague, so you need to be able to solve problems independently while staying connected with the team.
- Fluency in both Hungarian and English – Hungarian is essential for local operations, while English is our daily bread for communication with the rest of the company.
- A basic understanding of financial processes – so you know what’s happening during invoicing or refund procedures.
- Analytical thinking and Excel proficiency – you should feel comfortable working with data and tables.
- A drive to learn and improve – we’re looking for someone motivated to move things forward, not just maintain the status quo.
- Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a big plus, but we’re happy to teach you the ropes.
