We are looking for a proactive teammate to own and supercharge our B2B growth marketing roadmap across Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria!

What awaits you with us?

  • You will become the driving force behind our B2B growth strategy, focusing heavily on digital channels and lifecycle marketing. Your mission will look like this:
  • Drive growth and optimization: Scale our merchant acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven initiatives and quarterly KPIs.
  • Master CRM & Automations: Own the CRM and email marketing strategy, designing smart segmentation and automation workflows across Salesforce and SmartEmailing.
  • Leverage AI & modern tools: Use AI-powered tools and orchestration platforms to personalize content, build segments, and execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Build acquisition channels: Set up and optimize B2B performance channels including paid social, SEM, display, SEO, content marketing, and referral programs.
  • Track performance & report: Build funnel-level and cohort-based reporting, analyze data, and keep a close eye on your MQL/SQL frameworks in Salesforce.
  • Manage events & budget distribution: Take operational ownership of our key B2B events like Shop of the Country (Ország Boltja in HU and Magazinul Anului in RO), webinars, and local partnerships, while helping handle and distribute the local marketing budget.
  • Collaborate regionally: Manage a local team (2 FTEs and 3 part-timers) and work closely with Sales, Product, and regional B2B teams on shared goals.

What do we expect from you?

  • We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll fit right in if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing (experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces is a huge advantage).
  • A truly data-driven and experimentation mindset—you love analyzing funnels, running paid campaigns, and making decisions based on numbers.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, SmartEmailing, or similar) and familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Great people and project management skills to lead your local team and coordinate external agencies or freelancers.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach, combined with independent English (at least B1–B2 level) for smooth daily collaboration.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of BI/dashboard tools (like Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and experience working within regional or international teams.
