I joined Heureka as a Marketing Specialist, but I soon became more interested in organization and project management. When a role was missing in Brand Marketing to oversee the team, I naturally took it on, and that's how my journey to the Scrum Master role began. Thanks to an experienced mentor, I moved from Project Manager to Scrum Master, got my first development team after a year, and today I work with several teams across the company. I'm grateful for how far I've advanced, and I know it wouldn't have been possible without the support of the people around me.

My career started on night shifts at a hotel, where I realized the power of communication and trust. From there, I moved into digital marketing and finally to Heureka Group. At Heureka, I built an acquisition team that brought hundreds of new merchants to the marketplace. Later, I took over the leadership of the SME business, rebuilt the acquisition model, and reignited the team's performance. What drives me most is when the team rallies around a common vision and believes in change—that's when I know our work has meaning.

I started at Heureka as an intern, and we immediately clicked. Soon, there was an offer to become a permanent part of the team, and since then, I've been responsible for making sure our campaigns on Google and Bing run like clockwork, especially in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. From the start, I was given the opportunity to participate in large projects, which constantly pushes me forward and teaches me new things. Heureka is an environment where I can grow while doing work I truly enjoy.

I joined Heureka three years ago as a Junior Product Manager—full of enthusiasm and a desire to learn. The first year flew by; I advanced to Mid-level, and then came the offer to lead my own tribe. It was a big challenge, but also a great lesson in leadership and teamwork. Today, I'm in charge of one of the largest product teams focused on B2B merchants, and together with colleagues across markets, we're improving services for our business partners. Now, a new chapter awaits: maternity leave. And I'm glad that at Heureka, career growth can be combined with personal life.

Our commercial division is the engine of Heureka’s business activities. We help brands increase the visibility of their products and move their business forward, from electronics to healthy nutrition. We offer innovative solutions for building awareness, reviews, and sales support.
Our work is visible online on Heureka and offline in campaigns and on billboards. We are an international team operating in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. In the AdTech department, we develop retail media products and enhance CRM for top-tier customer service. If you want to be at the forefront of online and offline retail trends and help major brands grow, you’re in the right place.
Since January 2025, Ondra has led the commercial department for Brand Sales, AdTech, and CRM across all markets. He is also involved in the strategic management of Balíkobot, one of Heureka Group’s key investments. His goal is to strengthen sales and relationships with global and local partners and build Heureka into a strong player with measurable results.
Sport, his lifelong passion, taught him teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—values he brings to business. He is looking for motivated colleagues with courage and a drive for results.
