Do you enjoy building strong relationships with merchants, love e-commerce, and want to drive the growth of key partners in the Bulgarian market? We are looking for a new colleague to join our international team—someone for whom Bulgarian is a natural language and who will help us take care of our e-shops there. If you have a business mindset and enjoy communicating across regions, this role is perfect for you!

What awaits you?
- Gradual takeover of communication with existing merchants in Bulgaria and building relationships with our current customer base.
- Mapping the Bulgarian e-commerce market, collecting merchant feedback, and bringing practical insights into the company.
- Active acquisition of new merchants for the Pazaruvaj platform.
- Reactivation of lost or inactive merchants and finding ways to re-engage them.
- Reaching out to e-shops from Bulgaria and presenting our PPC solution, which is currently a key product for this market.
- Collaboration with internal teams on setting up processes, onboarding flows, and effective merchant communication.
- Following up on leads from colleagues in other markets and helping merchants who want to enter Bulgaria through our platform.
What do we expect from you?

Bulgarian at a native or C1/C2 level: Perfect knowledge of the language and a deep understanding of the local market are absolute must-haves.
- English at a communicative level (B2): We are an international team, so English is our common language for internal meetings and sharing know-how.
- Basic Romanian (at least A2/B1): The Bulgarian and Romanian markets are closely connected, so you will need at least a basic working knowledge to navigate Romanian texts or handle basic communication.
- Experience in sales or account management: Ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or client service.
- Great communication and negotiation skills: You know how to listen to clients’ needs and find win-win solutions.
- Proactive and independent approach: You enjoy seeing things through and finding ways to constantly improve processes and relationships.
