This job isn’t just about administration; you’ll be the heart of our culture, the master of our fleet, and the person who ensures our teams pull together, even when they’re in different countries.

What will you do with us ❓

  • Bridge the gap: You’ll act as the key connector between our Hungarian and Romanian offices, addressing internal needs and making sure both locations feel like one team.
  • Lead your team: You will manage our HU Receptionist and soon a part-time colleague in Romania, helping them grow and stay aligned.
  • Master the fleet: You’ll take full ownership of our vehicle management across both countries – from ordering and servicing to handling tire replacements and returns.
  • Organize legendary events: In collaboration with our events coordinator, you’ll plan and execute team buildings and workshops that people actually look forward to.
  • Keep the office humming: You’ll handle the day-to-day running of the office, manage the parking system app, and ensure our workspace is decorated and welcoming.
  • Watch the numbers: You’ll be responsible for budget planning, monitoring spending, and negotiating better terms with suppliers for everything from paper clips to refreshments.
  • Support the leadership: You’ll arrange business trips and provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other colleagues to keep things moving smoothly.

What do we expect from you 🔦

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role where you had to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Language skills: Your English is at a solid B2 level – you’ll need it daily to communicate with your manager (who is based abroad) and the Romanian team.
  • People person: You are a natural team player with strong communication skills and the ability to handle conflicts with humanity and a proactive approach.
  • Organized mindset: You are goal-oriented and comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and payment verifications.
  • Drive for improvement: You don’t just “maintain” – you look for ways to innovate, whether it’s through AI tools or better office workflows.
  • Flexibility: You are ready to sub in for the receptionist when needed and handle diverse tasks from financial admin to office procurement.

Today, I'm in charge of one of the largest product teams focused on B2B merchants, and together with colleagues across markets, we're improving services for our business partners. Now, a new chapter awaits: maternity leave. And I'm glad that at Heureka, career growth can be combined with personal life.
